Return and Shipping Policy

At Aneri Silver, we take the utmost care in packaging your product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Every piece is inspected thoroughly, and we guarantee that only undamaged and fresh items are sent to you. However, please note the following guidelines for our return and refund policy:

• No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged during transit.

• Video Evidence Required: To claim a return or refund, you must take a video while unboxing the parcel. This video will serve as proof in case of damage. Without the video evidence, no return or refund will be accepted.

• Contact Within 48 Hours: If the product is found to be damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel to initiate the return or refund process.

• Return Process: Once your return or refund is approved (after verifying the unboxing video), you are required to courier the item back to us at the provided address.

  • You will need to provide the courier receipt to be eligible for a refund of the courier charges, with a cap of Rs. 100.

  • If the courier receipt is not provided, the refund for courier charges will not be processed.

  • If you send the item back without prior approval, we will charge an additional Rs. 100 to ship the product back to you.

• The returned item for exchange must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Any product showing signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted for return or refund.

• Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized orders will not be exchanged under any circumstances.

• Exclusions: Certain products, such as nose pins, clips, rings, final sale, or clearance items, may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These exclusions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

• If the product is damaged during exchange or/and further damaged during shipping due to improper packaging, the refund or exchange may not be honored. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage.

• If an exchange is requested (e.g., for different sizes or styles), the same return process applies, and any associated costs will be communicated.

• Aneri Silver reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the guidelines are not followed or if the product does not meet the return conditions.
